When we bought our first rental property, we were a little unsure about the best way to manage it. As self-managers, we were wary to hand any properties into management following negative experiences with other companies. Luckily we came across Propertyscouts who bind themselves to the RTA, meaning that we can be sure that both ourselves and our tenants receive a "fair go". We are satisfied with the services that Rachel provides; a thorough vetting service for new tenants, clear and concise inspection reports, and prompt communication on all matters.
